At Adding Arrows Birth Support, my philosophy centers on honoring birth as one of life’s most memorable and transformative moments; one that deserves to be remembered with joy, strength, and deep connection. I believe birth is not just a physical event, but a profound journey into parenthood, where each experience shapes confidence and identity. Through compassionate, personalized support, I walk alongside families as they navigate this transition.
I also emphasize the importance of prenatal bodywork preparation during pregnancy, as nurturing the body ahead of time can encourage balance, comfort, and a smoother labor journey. While most doulas only offer 2 prenatal sessions, I offer 3 sessions, with one focusing entirely on prenatal bodywork utilizing my Body Ready Method Pro Certification.
Throughout our journey together, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way!
Childbirth is not a "One Size Fits All" experience, and at Adding Arrows Birth Support, my aim is to cater my services to fit your specific birth goals. Birth without pain meds? Let's do it! Get the epidural? All right! I'm here to help you find joy in your birth experience.

We are so grateful to have had Taryn Cardiff as our birth doula! For my second baby, I wanted an unmedicated birth in the hospital, and she supported us every step of the way. She is the knowledgeable, encouraging, and comforting presence every mom deserves to have in labor. Not only did she help me through an unmedicated birth, but she also helped with latching my precious baby for the first time. Even though I wasn't having my first baby, she knew I wanted a better breastfeeding experience than what I had with my firstborn, and she was happy to make sure I was well supported!
