Postpartum Support

Are you needing some extra support at night? I offer postpartum overnight support to help families adjust to life with a newborn. During a postpartum session, my support might include:

• Gentle, non-judgmental support as you adjust to life with your new baby

• Hands-on newborn care during each visit

• Guidance on feeding (breastfeeding or bottle feeding) and recognizing baby’s cues

• Evidence-based education to build confidence in your parenting decisions

• Emotional support and reassurance during the postpartum transition

• Light household help (tidying, laundry, basic tasks)

• Simple meal prep to support your recovery

• Dedicated time for you to rest and heal

• Creation of a calm, supportive home environment

• An experienced, steady presence to help you feel supported, rested, and empowered

At this time, I only offer overnight support, with each overnight being 8-10 hours. In a week, I offer a maximum of two overnights. 

Pricing: $40/hour (minimum 8 hours). For birth clients, I offer a discount of $35/hour.
