  • Practice comfort measures and coping techniques

  • Answer questions and ease concerns

  • Prepare your partner/support team

Unlimited Phone/Text/Email Support:
Ongoing support throughout your pregnancy for guidance, reassurance, and resources.

On-Call Availability:
24/7 on-call support starting at 38 weeks until your baby arrives.

Labor & Birth Support:
Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor, including:

• Comfort techniques (breathing, positioning, movement)

• Hands-on support (counterpressure, massage)

• Encouragement and advocacy support

• Support for your partner

Immediate Postpartum Support (1–2 hours):
Assistance after birth to:

• Support initial bonding

• Help with first feeding (breast/chest or bottle)

• Ensure you feel settled and supported

Postpartum Follow-Up Visit:
A check-in (in-home or virtual) to:

• Process your birth experience

• Provide emotional support

• Offer newborn care and recovery guidance

• Connect you with local resources if needed
